Lives and Lies on The Line is a public art and digital-history project tracing the layered history of Charles Page Boulevard, the industrial corridor connecting Tulsa and Sand Springs. Through five bike-accessible markers, the project will reveal stories overlooked in the story Tulsa tells itself. These sites include Muscogee allotments and Tullahasse Indian Cemetery, Newblock Park, Joe Station, and Charles Page Boulevard itself. Each stop will feature a QR code linking to a mobile exhibit combining archival photographs, maps, oral histories, documents, audio, and original artwork by participating artists. The project culminates in a community bike ride on April 24, 2027.
