Marx Cassity is a Two-Spirit, critically acclaimed songwriter, performer, spiritual practitioner, and therapist specializing in 2SLGBTQ+ resilience. Born in Ponca City, they are an enrolled Osage citizen with Kaw, Saponi, Susquehannock, and European heritage. Throughout their thirty-year career, Marx has woven together music and spirituality as both a path of personal healing and a means to uplift others. Shaped by their time living in places like Boulder, the Bay Area, and Portland, and after their spiritual study in India and Brazil, they recently returned home to Oklahoma.
