AK/OK is an award-winning art and design collective whose research-based art moves between photography, video, digital media, artist's books, and socially engaged projects. Their work has been presented nationally and internationally, notably at the Brooklyn Museum, Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (New York), Circa (Los Angeles), MICA (Baltimore), Bishopsgate Institute (London), Stockholm University of the Arts, and SOMA (Mexico City). They have presented solo exhibitions in Montreal, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, and Tulsa, and have been artists-in-residence at University of the Arts London, Santa Fe Art Institute, ACRE, Vermont Studio Center, and the Institute of Contemporary Art (Portland, Maine).
