ARTIST BIO
Ari Yvon is a Tulsa-born vocalist, songwriter, and recording artist influenced by R&B, soul, jazz, Tulsa's musical history, and her Puerto Rican heritage. She describes her perspective as "Okie Rican," blending her Oklahoma roots with Puerto Rican culture. Ari has spent more than a decade performing across the United States and internationally, including singing at Alice Cooper's 50th wedding anniversary with Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie, as well as dozens of high-profile events. She is now focused on creating original music centered on expressive vocals, live performance, and personal storytelling.

Hugs is a body of fuzzy and warm original songs by Tulsa vocalist, songwriter, and recording artist Ari Yvon. The project explores love, identity, comfort, and connection through intimate vocals, simple arrangements, organic sounds, and influences from R&B, soul, and Latin jazz. Created with Tulsa musicians, producers, and filmmakers, Hugs will take shape as an album, live recording sessions, filmed performances, and community events. A part of the project will be recorded through The Church Studio's In Session program.
