Charles Elmore is an award-winning cinematographer and editor from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Raised in rural Rogers County on a steady diet of movies, MTV, and comic books, he pursued a career in media arts and has worked professionally in film, TV, and media for over 20 years as an editor, camera operator, and cinematographer. His credits include Saban Films' Out of Exile, FX's Reservation Dogs and The Lowdown, Apple TV+'s Fancy Dance, and A24's Oscar-winning Minari. He has taught at the University of Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma. He has contributed to the Tulsa Voice and is a former member of the Oklahoma Film Critics Circle. In 2017, he co-founded the Tulsa Film Collective with Jessica McEver, Shagah Zakerion, and Sterlin Harjo.
