Brittany Bendabout (b. 1995, Tulsa, Oklahoma) is a Cherokee and Otoe-Missouria filmmaker and documentary photographer. She began her career in the camera department, working on acclaimed projects including Reservation Dogs, Fancy Dance, and The Lowdown, and developed a deep commitment to Indigenous storytelling. In 2026, she received the WAVE (Women at the Very Edge) seed grant from Wavelength Productions. She is co-founder of Women in Film Oklahoma, which supports women, non-binary, and two-spirit filmmakers. Her directorial debut, Faster, is a deeply personal narrative short exploring female rage and healing in the aftermath of sexual assault.
